To create this modern interior design space for our clients to freely function in, we had to completely alter the outdated 1980’s kitchen.
Our clients love for color encouraged us to use a bold navy blue for the bottom cabinets that really made the interior shine! We balanced the rest of the kitchen out by using white cabinets, grey tiled floors, custom made quartz countertops, and a hexagon patterned backsplash made with stainless steel, marble and glass. The neutral colors added calm to the interior so that the navy blue cabinets remained the star of the show. A mix of metals were used to enhance the kitchen interior.
Under Cabinet lights were also installed which provided extra lighting when working in the space, and a multicolored rug was placed in the center to complement the cabinets. No curtains were added to the windows in order to invite in natural lighting, and we also included a small bistro table with two chairs so our clients could enjoy the breathtaking views of the city from their backyard. This design gave off a unique modern vibe and was a joy to cook in!
Bosch stainless steel appliances were inserted ranging from a sleek metal fridge, to a brass faucet for the sink, and golden champagne brass knobs on the cabinets which added a classy touch.
